工作原理
氮气发生器在一定压力下的经过净化处理干燥的压缩空气，在变压吸附作用下，由于动力学效应，氧、氮在碳分子筛表面上的扩散速率不同。氧在碳分子筛表面上的扩散速率远高于氮，在吸附未达到平衡时，氧被碳分子筛大量吸附，氮在气相中得到浓缩富集，从而实现氧氮分离，由于碳分子筛对氧的吸附容量随压力的不同而有明显差异，降低压力，即可解吸碳分子筛吸附的氧分子，使碳分子筛再生，得以重复循环使用。系统设置两个吸附塔，一塔脱附再生，利用进口PLC控制循环交替两塔，以实现连续产出高品质氮气。
