工作原理
氮气发生器在一定压力下的经过净化处理干燥的压缩空气,在变压吸附作用下,由于动力学效应,氧、氮在碳分子筛表面上的扩散速率不同。氧在碳分子筛表面上的扩散速率远高于氮,在吸附未达到平衡时,氧被碳分子筛大量吸附,氮在气相中得到浓缩富集,从而实现氧氮分离,由于碳分子筛对氧的吸附容量随压力的不同而有明显差异,降低压力,即可解吸碳分子筛吸附的氧分子,使碳分子筛再生,得以重复循环使用。系统设置两个吸附塔,一塔脱附再生,利用进口PLC控制循环交替两塔,以实现连续产出高品质氮气。
